AIM Administration and Staff
AIM Administration
The Adventures In Missions program is run by former missionaries and ministers. It is a department of the Sunset International Bible Institute and is overseen by the elders of the Sunset Church of Christ in Lubbock, Texas. Along with the general teaching and administrative staff of SIBI, the work of AIM is lead by an AIM Coordinator and a Staff Coordinator.

Kris Smith
Kris' primary job is to provide communication between the AIM program and missionaries on the field. He is responsible for the training of AIM coordinators and the selection of AIM mission fields. He leads in the forming of AIM teams for each approved field and teaches mission preparation to the AIM students during their mission term. |

Patrick Sheaffer
Pat is responsible for the training, coordination and guidance of the AIM assistants and works with Kris Smith in the handling of student needs and concerns. |
